C4C- Changing employee for Business user

Dear team,

I want to change the employee that is ascribed to an already exist business user.

Hi,

Changing employee associated with the business user is not possible as the relationship is 1*1 and can't be modified.

Hello Cohen,

It is not possible to create new Business user for already existing Business User for existing Employee as it is 1:1 mapping.

Further you can refer the KBA: 2608632 - Frequently Asked Questions on Identity and Access Management.

Either you can create new Employee with the same role and create Business User out of it for the same.
