C4C :: Change standard message

Hi, all!

In what way could I change standard raising message severity? By path Business Configuration->Implementation Project ->Open Activity List ->Fine Tune for e.g. 'Sales Order'/'Quote' -> 'Message Severity Configuration' I did not find any message I want to change.

If Sales Data have no External ID than Sales Data are deleted successfully otherwise not allowed with message "Deletion of Sales Data is not allowed once Customer is replicated".

Am I right understand that it is not possible modify standard message severity for deletion of sales data on screenshot above?

Is it possible to prevent this behavior and delete sales data?

Hi,

As per the standard behavior, once the sales data is replicated to the external system then it cannot be deleted, for data consistency reasons in an external system like ERP that do not allow the deletion of sales data. Neither the standard message can be suppressed/changed.

I would also recommend checking the KBA https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/3023293 which states some options to the possible ways of discarding the usage of the sales data by marking deletion flag for the sales data.
