C4C: cannot find Account > Sales Data > Tier in OData responses

We are using OData to attempt to identify an account's Sales Data > Tier given an account ID, but cannot find this field anywhere the OData response for AccountSalesData.

For example, in this sample customer's Sales Data, we see a Tier of yo (this is a free text field and we edited this to be the value).

When we look at it's OData collection here: https://[tenant URL].crm.ondemand.com/sap/c4c/odata/v1/c4codata/AccountCollection(%2700163E03A0701ED28B9DB0247F82301D%27)/AccountSalesData , we do not see Tier in any of the properties. Pasted below is what the response looks like to that query.

In fact, after hours of searching through this and through OData Service Explorer, we cannot find this Tier value anywhere.

Does anyone have suggestions on where to look for it?

Thanks.

Hi Jason,

Can you check in the Field definition you marked the field for Odata service.

To do this In master-layout->field definition-> go to odata services tab. Check the check box for customer and c4codata.

Let me know if this helps, we can look further to see if any other issue.

Sathyasekar,

Thank you for the reply.

Where do I find this interface? How did you get here? I don't understand what "master-layout->field definition-> go to odata services tab" means.

Thank you.

Update: we were able to find the UI that you laid out. And after checking the boxes, the field now appears in the OData response.

Thank you!
