[C4C] Can we make Product ID mandatory or optional according to sales phase in Opportunity?

Hi C4C Expert,

According to sales phase, can we make 'Product ID' mandatory or optional?

For example, if sales phase is 'A', we will be able to add product with only description as the screenshot below.

However, if sales phase is 'B', we need to assign Product ID as in sales phase 'B', Product ID is mandatory.

Is it possbile to change the configuration to meet the requirement above?

with standard design , On the Item table, you cannot define a Property that can be controlled based on conidiotns
