C4C Can I create templates for satisfaction surveys using Sales Campaign - Content functionality?

Hi,

I have set up a satisfaction survey process including a workflow with a link to an html template. This template I created outside the system added the survey id and it works all fine.

As key users need to do the maintenance i tried to use the small html editor that is included in the SAP Sales Cloud solution - in the content area in the Sales Campaign functionality, as here the users can easily change the text within the message.

I can crate an email template, upload my html document and change it, but when creating a new workflow for satisfaction survey processes i can only select templates from my computer. It is also not possible to download the content that I have created in the editor to my laptop for upload in the workflow.

Is there any body who succeeded to do so? Or is everybody using an external editor? What is the most simple html editor that (key/end)users can use for changing this kind of messages?

Hi,

Currently, it is not possible to download or change existing Workflow Email Templates. If you want to make any change you need to modify the existing local copy and then reupload it or create it from scratch.

On a personal note, I always try to design email template using an external editor. I prefer to use https://www.tiny.cloud/ and then clicking the "Source Code" button gives you a HTML code that can then be uploaded to C4C.
