Hi,
I would like the field service engineers to scan certain product with a bar code if they are registrating the spare part that is used. The bar code needs to be stored on the workticket item line and / or in the customers installed base. Is this (service) scenario already in place in the solution. If not which scanner (app) did you use and how did you integrate it to C4C.
So has anybody experience with scanning bare code data and storing the data at ticket or installed base level.

With 1802 release, users can scan the bar code of a Registered Product to fill up data while creating Ticket in online and offline mode. Please refer to release note
