Hi Expert,
C4C calendar is not syncing with outlook calendar. When creating the activities(visit,appointment) are not flowing into outlook calendar. However, if activities are creating from outlook, its appearing in C4C calendar.

Hi, is there anyone running MS Teams integration alongside the Outlook Add-In (client-side)...can you let me know if you're now facing any issues with standard Appointment sync with Outlook from C4C? i.e. for non MS Teams appointments.
This seems to have stopped working for us, but as of now, I'm none the wiser as to the root cause.

Hi Nish,
For visits and appointments this should work correctly in both directions. As the sync from MS Outlook to C4C is successful and the other way around is not, i would create an incident.
