C4C Calculated Key Figure with 2 Decimal Place

Hi,

Is it possible to change the calculated key figure to show only 2 decimal places?

We have this issue on the "Complaint?" (this should be compliant) key figure where it is 0 value.

This is calculated with formula: [Actual %] GE [Contracted %].

As seen on the screenshot above, the formula will calculate as False or 0 since Actual % is less than Contracted % just by a decimal place.

Thanks in advance for your kind advises.

Cheers,

Marc

Hi Marc,

For changing the number of decimal places - Open your report as an adminstrator, run the report and open the View tab in the right area of the screen.

Behind your key figure click on the 3 dots. Here you will find the option Set Decimal Places. Here you can choose the number of decimals you would like to see.

HI MJ - this is not resolving the issue since the calculation/formula in key figure uses the value 66.666666667 in comparing with 66.67.

Cheers,

Marc

From my understanding this is not possible , all decimal places are configured under the business configuration activity called Currencies.

Here the number of decimals to be shown is maintained and are predefined according to ISO code list 4217.
