[C4C - BW] Prospect Company Name in Data Source

Our BW Team would like to see the Company Name for prospects accounts that have not been associated yet. I have exposed Account Master Data and Lead data sources but still, it's not visible. Which field in what data source corresponds to the Company Name for unassociated prospects?

Hi,

You can use just "Lead" Data Source and include the "Account" field for Lead Data Source in view. By default, it may show ID only but if you change the field setting to show "ID and Description" then it should actually show the prospect name right there.

How can we expose the description? They're only receiving ID. Is there another field?

Hi,

Assuming you talking about account full name, Did you checked the field setting as shown above in "setting-2.png" snapshot. When you change it to "Description" then it will only show the account name.
