C4C Business Analytics - Key Figures - Previous 3 month average data

Hi C4C Experts,

I would like to create a new key figure for previous 3 month average data of phone calls, activities or Opportunities. Can you give me some advice how to achieve this please?

Hi,

The question is not clear. How do you want to define the average - is it average number calls , activities for opportunities -> Say there were total 50 calls made for 20 opportunities, is your average defined accordingly ? like 50/20 so 2.5 calls per Opp ?

I mean to create a key figure for each object.

I got a solution already....

Basically, I need to create a key figure for the summation of the 3 month data, then another key figure to calculate the average by using [the sum of 3 month data] DIV 3

Then here we have an average of previous 3 month data.
