Hi All,
All the documentation around branding emails seems to be related to target groups and accounts.
I'm tying to create a branding template that contains a company banner at the top and then have whatever a service agent creates in the ticket interactions tab (including corporate templates) to appear under the company banner.
When I try this I just get the company banner and nothing else.
What is the placehoder to use for service requests? I have tried #TEXT# on the html branding template, but the email sent contains the banner and the word "#TEXT#.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Chad

Hi there,
The branding template should contain following inside the body tag: ( it could be inside <td> as well if you are using a tbale tag inside body)
#Text#
i.e. not All caps not All small . Its a mixed case.
At run-time, the email is sent with the #Text# replaced as per email context on your email template/workflow
I have used corporate branding templates plenty of times and works perfectly.
Hope this help.
Feel free to revert back or reward if it solves your issue.
Thanks,
Suchita
