C4C & AVAYA (Soft phone) integration?

Hi,

We are trying to integrate C4C with AVAYA Soft phones (IP Office) solution. We do have CTI license for the same.

But, we got info that only AVAYA IPOCC can be enhanced to generate the URL that is required for this integration.

1. So, can anyone help with any reference document or images taken earlier related to this integration?

2. Is it not possible to integrate AVAYA Soft phones with SAP C4C?
