C4C ATP calculation to block sales order

Greetings to all. I hope all is safe and doing well.

I want to block a sales order and prevent to be sent to the ERP if a position has no stock, or the ATP is not calculated.

I am trying to use work flow rules but the ATP Quantity does not have the operator to compare with null or not assigned values, the same happen with the ATP date.

Is there a way to achieve what I am trying to do?

Hi garias,

The Operators include only "Contains" and Does not contain" because the ATP quantity and ATP date are specific to a line item only and this operator validates all these values of each line item against a defined value.

I agree that the ATP Delivery[] date is not useable to define the condition.

You can only define a condition on ATP quantity

For now you would have to use PDI to compare the values with values of other fields.

You have a valid use case and you can request this in influence forum.
