Hi all,

I was wondering how to deal with KAM who can see access accounts and opportunties in every country? Do someone has an idea?

Hello Yoro,

You can use territory management. All Key accounts should have a specific characteristic to be assigned to a territory (or assoignment is uploaded) and all KAM are assigned to the same territories. Then the territory in the opportunity can be filled with the territory from user & account. So also the opportunities have the territory of the key accounts.

The access right for KAM has to be set on 'Territories' and they see the accounts and territories.
