C4C Analytics - From which data source can we retrieve the Ticket's territories History?

HI

We need to generate a report that it shows the time that a ticket was in all the territories it passed through.

If we use the Territory field of the data source: 'Ticket', it shows us the territory where the ticket is currently located.

we saw that the Ticket had several movements of that attribute (Territory) but they do not appear in the report.

Currently the Territory data get from the 'Ticket' source.

From which data source can we retrieve the Ticket's territories History?

We need a report like this, but list time by territory history

We have data source "Ticket History" but it do not capture ticket territory history and we could not find these details in any other data sources.

This will be a new requirement and we would request you to raise this requirement in influence forum.

Based on some minimum no of upvotes, it will checked by concerned team and based on feasibility, effort needed, they will provide an update there itself.
