Dear colleagues,

I kindly ask you how to identify the technical name of Favorite button (star)?

In the Data source there is no information about it.

Hi, I guess you want to report on items that are flagged as Favourites, right?

Hi,

Add to favorite is not coming from some button. Rather this icon is enabled through screen properties.

Can you please let know what you are actually looking for?

Thanks

Hi Saurabh;

It's too old question I know but I want to learn something you mentioned. If I want to access to favorites or flaged accounts, how can I do that.? I can find the property of screen for favorite or others as you showed, but in db how can I find that structure fields? Because I want to use favorite flags for our customers need . kabras

Hi Buket,

As far as my understanding goes, This is currently not possible. SAP has not exposed the fields/nodes for accessing Favorite,Shelf etc.

May be you can consider putting you idea at: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/903

Thanks

Hi Saurabh;

Thank you for your quick reply, I will share my idea but in the meantime I have to find another solution for our customer, Can I trigger some event with favorite star button so I can write my own logic under that event? kabras

Thanks in advance.

Hi Buket,

Sorry but there i no standard event which trigger upon clicking Favourite button. It is part of standard frameowrk process. But i would still recommend to open a new thread around this discussion so that some one from Product Management can confirma bout the same.

Thanks

Hello Saurabh,

following up on this old post, do you know if you find flagged or favorite items somewhere in a data source?
If I want to find all favorites of a specific user, how could I query for them?
