C4C Add-In for Microsoft Outlook Error: 403 Access denied

Good day Experts

I'm attempting to download the Outlook Add-In for SAP C4C, but getting the error below on "Download".

403 Access denied

You do not have the permissions to access this resource

Error is logged with Tag: {00014aa1}

Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

Hello Mark,

That issue should be resolved by now.

In case you still face it, please raise an incident so we can take a look at your tenant configuration from SAP side.

Resolved, again like the first time.

Not sure how, but I just tried again the next day and it worked.
