Dear gurus,
I have a requirement to enhance the Survey Results form template in SAP C4C.
I need to add all data in the form template 'Account Summary', which mostly contains data from BO 'Customer', to Survey Results.
I've done some researches and there is an approach that creates a custom BO which contains data of 2 BOs (Customer and Activity-Visit) but it seems too complex for me.
Any suggestions, please?
