Hi,
I am setting up a sales contract process in c4c without external pricing. As an administrator the relevant scoping items have been selected and now I have to do some configuration on sales contract document type and sales contract item type. As certain fields are not shown in these configuration activities, I try to add them with the adoption as they are available for personalization. But even if I click Personalize and de-select Hide, the fields are not display in the table. In the adoption mode the fields stay greyed out. Does any of you know how this is caused and how this can be solved?
Thank you.

Hi Marie-Jose,
Per our Help Portal documentation, contract only supports External Pricing with valid proper integration configuration.
Internal Pricing is not supported in Contract.

Hi Prasanth,
I still could not find the scoping questions that changed it! I checked and rechecked.
I do wonder how SAP C4C supports Sales Contracts with internal pricing as I find very little documentation on it.

Most of the fields you are referring are calculated fields , meaning that they have dependency on few other fields or a related scoping question , So these will be enabled in the UI , only after the dependency is resolved.
