C4C Access restriction

Hello Community,

I have couple of companies and sales organizations in my C4C system. I want employee of one sales organization was not able to see opportunities/leads of another sales organization. could you please tell me how can I reach this ?

Hi Sandro,

If you have set up our organisational model, assign employees and you have added sales area data to the employee, you can use this information to set the authorizations.

Depending on the object you can provide write and read access in the access restrictions in the business role, you can choose e.g. from the sales Organisational of Employee (employee data) , Organisational Unit of the Employee (employee data - unit assignment), or define specific restrictions etc.
