business process stuck running state 6.7

Hi

After migration 6.7, Everything is working on dev env but facing following issue on uat env

• when we tigger forgot password & order confirmation email, business process remains running state

• workflows also remains pause state.

Find below error log from process task logs::

 ERROR [TaskExecutor-master-410540-ProcessTask [8797797024694]] 09:47:47.730   Error executingERROR [TaskExecutor-master-410540-ProcessTask [8797797024694]] 09:47:47.741   Error executing ActionNode with ID [generateForgottenPasswordEmail]: de.hybris.platform.media.exceptions.MediaNotFoundException: Media not found (requested media location: ha2/h93/8797788209182.bin)

Also I tried to find above media location using below query from hAC but it returns zero results.

 SELECT {pk}, {code},{location} FROM {Media} where {location}='ha2/h93/8797788209182.bin'

Can anyone provide solution?

Facing the same issue. We are using 6.6. Also, all email process for me are in running state even after final step is completed

Hi,

First try to import all impex's which related to email business process & try to test again if still not resolved then data folder may be corrupted.

We get resolved this issue by generating new data folder.
