Hi Gurus,
i have a question regarding business partner integration.
We have setup the integration between S4HANA and C4C via CPI.
From S4H -> C4C the replication of the sales data works fine.
But if we create a new Business Partner in C4C, maintain the sales area data and replicate to S4HANA no sales area data gets created.
There is no error in the WebService Montitor and the Business Partner is created.
But the sales data for role "FLCU01" is missing completely.
Data in the WebService should be sufficient:
Do we missing any configuration or is this out of scope ?
Any ideas ?
Thanks in Advance
Regards
Simon

Dear Simon,
The Business Partner supports the creation of a Customer Master. Hence sales are data. So it is very much in scope.
I suspect that the CVI synchronization from Business Partner to Customer would have failed, hence you do not see any sales area data. The Business Partner is created successfully but not the ERP Customer (KNA1 and so on..). You can verify this by displaying the BP using Tcode: BP. Select the Customer role (FLCU01 in your case). Navigate to the Customer General Tab. If the Customer Number field has no value, then it is, for sure, the synchronization issue.
If you are using S/4HANA On-Premise, then you may use Tcode: MDS_PPO2 to view the synchronization errors.
On the selection screen provide
Object Type = BUS1006
Object Key = <your_business_partner_number>
and execute.

Ankush

Hi Ankush,
i checked MDS_PPO2 and found some authorization errors for the communication user.
Now it works.
Thanks a lot.

Dear ankush.thareja ,
In my case when I am creating a BUPA using the cl_md_bp_maintain=>maintain. The BUPA is created and the customer number in customer general tab is also visible still we do not see the sales area extended.
The report MDS_PPO2 shows nothing. Could you please help or advise?
Thanks in advance
