Business Partner Replication C4C to SAP Marketing

I have a problem with the replication of business partners from C4C to SAP marketing, the monitoring message shows me this error, if someone can help to fixe the issue please,

This is an authentication issue between C4C and CPI - check the credentials provided in C4C Outbound settings(within communication arrangement) are correct in case of Basic Authentication. In case of certificate based authentication, ensure that C4C M-User /Tenant certificate is uploaded in the Sender Adapter of CPI Iflow.
