Dear all,
Please, could you let me know which is the Business Catalog that must be added to a Business Role so that the user who has it can see the activities that a contact/final customer has in SAP Marketing Cloud? Of the 200 Business Catalogs that we have in the system, none has the name "Activities".
We noticed that several of our users can see almost all the interactions a contact has from the Contact screen, Interactions tab, but the activities are being hidden. We currently solve it by adding all existing Business Roles to the system user, but of course, this is just a workaround.

what do you mean by "Activities"? Are you talking about activities from SAP Sales Cloud (e.g. task, phone call, etc.)?
These activities are replicated to SAP Marketing Cloud as interactions and should be visible in the interactions tab mentioned by you.
If the user sees all of the other interactions but not the activities from Sales Cloud (or another integrated system), it may depend on the Marketing Area? So, maybe a the user's role is restricted to a Marketing Area but the activities have none/another one.
