Hi Experts,
I am getting Bdoc error 'No mandate exists' and 'Application K is not active' for Customer during replication from ECC to CRM in SAP. They are related to SEPA message class. And I have debugged the issue while doing request load and found that table SEPA_CUST is blank so error is coming. Kindly suggest whether any configuration is required or what is missing.
Thanks and Regards,
Manorama Singh

Hello Manorama,
First, for the table SEPA_CUST, all these modules and other values were already in the view V_SEPA_CTRL delivered by SAP and do not need to be maintained again in your part of the settings (V_SEPA_CUST).
Second, for the bdoc error, do you need the SEPA in CRM system? If you are not using the SEPA in CRM system, please refer to the KBA 2030478.
If you indeed need SEPA, please refer to the note 1828238 about the SEPA in CRM.
Hope my answer helps.
Best regards,
Julin Xin
