bug no Opt-in shown in overview contact profile screen

In the contact profile screen we cannot see anymore the Opt-in value. They are 0 for all the contacts. This happens suddenly and we are not able to identify the cause.

In the CUAND_CE_MP_ROOT we can see the corresponding records but in the contact profile is always 0. How can we fix this? thank you

Hi,

there are multiple reasons why this behaviour could occur. One could be that the marketing area separation has been switched on, but the permissions in the system don't have a marketing area assigned. Another reason could be missing authorization of the user for marketing areas assigned to the permission.

To give specific feedback, we would need to have a look into the system. If my assumptions above don't help please open a support ticket that our support could have a look into the system and check the concrete data.
