Hi,
I have a problem with the double Opt-In process in the marketing cloud.
In the first step I uploaded some contacts via CSV.
If these contacts unsubscribe via the newsletter mail and register via the landing page, an error occurs after confirming the confirmation mail. After clicking on the confirmation link, the permission disappears from the contact overview.
The subscription remains and the contact still receives a newsletter, even without permission.
The Landing Page and the confirmation mail are linked to the correct marketing area. And I have checked all settings and assignments.
Customers whose contact profile has been newly registered through the landing page run through the process without errors.
Is the error due to the transmission of the different data?
Or explicit or implicit permissions?
Does anyone have an idea or solution for my problem?
Or can this be a bug in the marketing cloud?
