Budgeting and Campaign ROI in Emarsys

Hi Everyone,

Is Budgeting and Campaign ROI handled and supported as part of Emarsys ? Budget planning, Spend Management are supported in SAP Marketing cloud but could not find much information on these concepts in Emarsys , is there any way to handle these requirements in Emarsys?

Hi Saravana,

1. Please submit the Emarsys Enhancement Request as the budget planning as in SMC is not available in SAP Emarsys; 1:1 mapping of features from SMC is not available in Emarsys.
2. Also, I don't see such features being made available till Q3 2023 as per Emarsys Roadmap.

Thanks for your quick update !! so we dont have 1:1 mapping of features from SMC in Emarsys but is there any way we can achieve these requirements in Emarsys wyoung ?

SAP has it's strategy and roadmap defined for each of SAP Marketing Cloud (B2c+B2B) and SAP Emarsys (Currently B2C).

So it's not possible to map features 1:1 between the 2 products.

Hi m.saravana, as Kunal says, there is no 1:1 mapping of features from SAP Marketing Cloud, and I do not see the kind of features that you mention on our roadmap at this time. You might want to participate in the Continuous Influence Session for SAP Emarsys: Influence Opportunity Homepage - Customer Influence (sap.com) and submitting your question there, as they are closer to the decision-makers than we are.
