Hi,

I am trying to access "Cookbooks and guidelines for SAP S/4HANA Utilities for Customer Engagement" in help.sap.com under SAP for Utilities. It opens a PDF file which again has another set of links( 6 Links ). In this list, the first four links works fine but the last two which is very important for us is not working. It is giving me a message saying "we are sorry. This content is not accessible".

How to get this fixed. How to access these two cookbooks?.

Thanks for the link, it is working.

We have a requirement to migrate the old Interaction records history from SAP CRM to S4 HANA. I am looking for the "Integration and migration of interaction record".
