Broadcast Reports

Hello

I have two questions relating to Broadcasts:

1) is there a way to not send a broadcast if the report is blanc? e.g., new opportunities for the past week and there are no new opportunities

2) how can I have a report scheduled to send last day of each month (appears to be only a day that you can select and not last day of the month which obviously changes from month to month). Is this not possible?

Thank you Nawanandana for sharing this link - I had already looked at this and I can set up a broadcast okay. I was seeking to understand if the above two specific functionalities were available - it appears to me that these can't be done but I may be missing something obvious.
