Bringing Product Data from 3rd party API into Emarsys?

Hello Experts,

I just wanted to know the best advice for the below scenario:
We have a 3rd party/external API for Products (Prod_ID, Prod_URL, Prod_Title, Prod_Image_URL)

We want to use the above in EMAIL Recommendations.
We have the below data coming from API, how can we render the Product Image from Prod_Image_URL, or will the emarsys editor automatically render/show a preview of the prod image from URL, any suggestions?
(e.g Image URL - https://images.app.goo.gl/4CF4D9ac3E7ka3gB8)

• Prod_ID
• Prod_URL
• Prod_Title
• Prod_Image_URL

Also, when will be the Expert Chat and SaE available for EMARSYS (CEC-EMA) area?
