I just wanted to know what will be the best way to bring data from an external/3rd party Contact API sending data to Emarsys.
Also, when will be the Expert Chat and SaE available for EMARSYS (CEC-EMA) area?

With my limited knowledge, I can say;
There are several ways to send/load data customer data into Emarsys. If you are going to migrate, you can use the manual import method. You should remember that manual import is a bit of a hassle.Then you can use auto import and API method for daily customer import. I think api management will be healthier.
