Breaking down Planned MTO orders into smaller QTY's in Mass

I have to keep the MTO strategy type for my business to link customer orders with the planned order. I am looking for a way to fix the lot size of the planned orders. I currently have customer orders and planned orders for 9000 units and need the planned orders to all be in sizes of 200. In the past I have been able to change the MM02 fixed lot sizes and run MRP when I am not in an MTO strategy. I have been able to change a planned order to smaller qty 1 by 1 but I need to do this many times using an MTO strategy.
