Recently had a remote user receive a bootstrap error while trying to open the SAP Cloud for Customer app. This started after he had installed an iOS update on his iPad. Below is the error:
-
Bootstrapping of Application failed!! ->
G.getEnableRegionBiasingGmap is not a function. (In 'G.getEnableRegionBiasingGmap()', 'GgetEnableRegionBiasingGmap' is undefined) -> http://localhost:65432/resources/sap/client/m/library-preload.js:89:1239 [native code] promiseReactionJob@[native code]
-
Am I wrong in my assessment that something was corrupted during or by the install? I was unable to verify if he had the SAP app open while the update was installed or not. Any ideas what caused this or why?
PS...Please forgive the formatting of the error msg. Transposing from a screen shot of an iPad due to no way to attach said screenshot.
