Hi SAP team,
We have an issue that hundreds of emails are sent by a single customer with same email content.
This needs to be stopped in C4C .
Is there anyway to stop this?.

Request clarification before answering.
As mentioned by Rohan, you can filter spam or e-mails from particular e-mail address at your server level, so that these e-mails doesn`t reach C4C

do you use middleware? It might make sense to catch such emails there?
