Hello Gurus,
Our client has many stores, and these stores are managed by his B2B customers (i.e : Dealers).
So we want to be able to bind an account with a marketing location in Marketing Cloud. Is there anyway for this ?
Best regards,
Anas
Request clarification before answering.
We have a similar scenario, Marketing Area and CBO do not cover the needs.
Example case:
TheLemonadeCompany sells lemonade to retail stores. So the retail stores are Accounts in C4C.
End consumers have a coupon for a free lemonade. We can know in which retail store the coupon has been used. So there could be a sales (or offer redemption) interaction for that end consumer, linked to ... ideally linked to the account of the retail store, but that's not really an object on an interaction, while Marketing Location is.
So if Accounts and Marketing Location objects could be linked somehow, that would fit this scenario. (see also this topic).

Hi Anas,
I'm not aware of any possibility to link the Marketing Locations to the Corporate Accounts.
Do you absolutely need to use the Marketing Locations? If not, maybe using a CBO is an approach. Then you could follow the steps in that blog post to link and show the data of the CBO in the Account Profile. But this depends on your scenario, so I'm not sure if that could give you the expected result.

Hi ahne
I know that you can assign the Marketing Area to an account or contact, from the import process or in the integration that is done from CPI with the Iflows.
Take a look at this query above and see if it's what you're looking for.
