Best Time to Send Email - Campaign

Hi Experts,

We are working on Hybris Marketing In premise 1709 version where we are trying to use calculate best time feature,

Scores builder - best time to send emails is in place already but its not calculating the time in campaign.its taking

system time instead of Target group average time.

Please help.Thanks

Note:
"The score can only have a value for contacts with information on country and region. This information is necessary to calculate the best contact time in the time zone of the contact."
