Best practice to upload CSS files into Emarsys

Hi All,
There is a requirement that we're going to upload HTML files (for E-Mail campaigns) through Emarsys API into the system, but Emarsys does not recognize the styling after upload. Emarsys API doesn't have a different endpoint for only styling as per I checked, so:

What would be the best practice to upload CSS files in this case?

• Option A: CSS File Upload to the Media Database? 
• Option B: Transforming the HTML file according to Emarsys styling requirements before Upload?
• Option C: Emarsys Support needed?
