Bad symbols in barcode

Hi experts,

I have an issue with barcode generation. Then I run barcode generation job, barcode generates with bad symbols instead of numbers. We take EAN number from product and generating it with barcode4j library. Is there any setting that is responding for coding that should be checked? This issue is only in the test server, in development and local there is no such issue. I have checked code, it is the same everywhere.

Is there any difference with the TEST and DEVELOPMENT server, infrastructure-wise? Maybe the font is not available?

Servers are built the same way and have the same code. How can I check fonts?

Hi - probably you need to install fontconfig to resolve the issue. Please follow the instructions at http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/view/8.3/general/fontconfig.html and test again. You can check https://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/fontconfig/ for more information.

I have checked fonts on the servers and they were the same, but when I installed on Dev fontconfig, it broke fonts of barcode also in Dev. We are running CentOS on both servers. Is there any special config for Linux?
