Hi Wael,
there is no option to force a backup or to automatically schedule it.

The two options to create a backup are:

1. Select shut down and backup data during the CCO shutting down process

2. Manually execute the run_backup.bat file located in C:\SAPCustomerCheckout

You may also check the documentation below that explains how to setup the backup in the CCO:

welsagh have you managed to resolve above issue?

Both options aren't working with me (running .bat file or shutdown and backup data).

N.B. The same CCO configuration is maintained on multiple POS terminals, the backup process works properly on some machines while it isn't working with others.

mateus.grings would you please advise?

Hi msattar ,

I can only guess what went wrong, normally it works. Maybe write permission on the directory where the backups should be stored are not given? what does the log say?

If you face such serious issues I can only recommend to contact SAP Support via an official incident.
