Backoffice open type by PK

Hello all,

We've been upgrading our existing Hybris 6.5 installation to 6.7. It came to our understanding that HMC is no longer supported. While this is not an issue, we are (for various reasons) heavily depending on a HMC feature that no longer seems supported on Hybris onprem installations. This HMC feature allowed us to view related Item type information by suffixing the HMC url by 'open='.

I've read about Bookmark support in Backoffice.

And there's this thread which claims it to be available, however I don't see it working on our latest on prem 6.7 patch 14.

Is this simply not available in on prem installations or I am missing some required config to make this work?

Hi - this feature (https://help.sap.com/viewer/5c9ea0c629214e42b727bf08800d8dfa/1811/en-US/7439bda571794d8c94768df86d73...) is not available in version 6.7. It has been introduced in v1811 (just six months ago).

Thanks . Out of interest, why are features being released through cloud solutions and not on prem solutions though? Why aren't they kept in sync? And do you know if we can expect that feature to be released in a next minor upgrade?
