backoffice listview freeze first columns

Hi,

we have a listview with 50 columns, so the user has to scroll to the right to see all the content. But this way it is hard to follow which item is viewed, as the first column which contains the ID is scrolling out of view. Is there a way to freeze the first x columns, like in Excel, so that they always stay visible, while the other columns scroll?
