Backoffice keeps reloading while accessing

We are doing the hybris up-gradation from 1905 to 2011. The up-gradation went well in the local environment. But in the dev environment, while accessing the back office, the page keeps reloading. The log is showing below the message.

[RequestOperationContextHolder] Context already bound to this thread - detaching from it. Please call #detachFromContext before context initialization!

Because of this, the session is getting destroyed and trying again to load the login page and this continues forever.

Any help is much appreciated.
