Hi Experts ,
I am finding internal Server error on clicking on User and Its children Nodes in Backoffice , version 6.7.0.X
I have attached the snapshots and logs for the same ,

However the interesting thing is ,
After few minutes this error will be resolved and I will be able to see the User and its children Nodes , But the problem is I find the same error sporadically , with no concrete reasons as to why ?,
After careful analysis i came to conclusion that this may be related to JVM Stack size , and the issue may get resolved because of the Garbage Collector ,
INFO | jvm 1 | main | 2018/10/23 08:33:25.619 | [m java.lang.StackOverflowError: null
However this conclusion brings its own questions , because i find the Above error only in cases of USER and Its Children Nodes ,
Any help is appreciated ,
Thanks ,
Best Regards ,
D

Hi ,
I was able to find that this is an issue logged in Jira ,
It seems they have reached a solution recently https://jira.hybris.com/browse/ECP-3630?jql=text%20~%20%22backoffice%22
Hope this helps ,
Arun
Hi ,
A stack you attached suggests problems with solving configuration. Please play around with your custom configuration - there is something wrong with it most probably. Also consider contacting SAP CX support as they are most suitable for such complex problems.
