Backoffice - intermittently can't log in - Error code 1: ZK error, before mounting.

Hi,

I have noticed sometimes there is an issue when login to backoffice, using correct credentials.

Is there anyone in this forum encountered an issue like below? I'm using Hybris 6.5.0.2
