Backoffice direct link to user

Hello community,

Is there a way to have a direct link to a certain view in Backoffice? For example I want to supply a link to the customer view in Backoffice so that when you log in the customer view is automatically selected?

This is not out-of-the-box functionality in Backoffice.

However, this is part of the ASM. With URL parameter "?customerId=" the customer will be selected automatically. So if you are considering this feature for Customer Service, you might want to look into ASM.

Otherwise, you need to build a custom feature for Backoffice. We have had similar requirement, but instead of Customer to open Order via link in Backoffice.

Thank you for your reply. Feels like Backoffice has many shortcomings and missing features that would be convenient to have. We currently don't use the ASM module. I have implemented a custom solution with another third party application (SuperOffice) that our customer support uses and it seems like I have to implement a custom solution here as well.
