backoffice credentials

Hello Guys,

I have an installed Hybris 6.2 version and added the "backoffice" extension to localextensions. Then i did a "setant" and an "ant clean all updatesystem". Then i did the following changes in the hmc -> Users -> Emloyees -> admin -> Administration -> Disable login to backoffice "no".

Page is being loaded but unfortunately it always promts with "wrong credentials". I'm able to login to all other administrative sites, like hmc, mmc and so on, with the standard "admin" password. Only Backoffice isn't working.

Do u have any tips how i can solve this issue?

hMC is not included (optional) by default with Hybris Commerce 6.2. From the comment above, either you have upgraded to 6.2 (with old hMC in place), or you have not installed Hybris Commerce 6.2 correctly. Did you use installer recipe? There is no need to include "backoffice" extension as that is standard core extension in your localextensions.xml that is generated by one of the installer recipes. Hi, i did an installation with b2c_b2b_acc recipe. After that installation, there was no backoffice extension in localextensions so i had to add it manually. As mentioned, all other administrative sites are accessable, only backoffice is serving issues :/

Now the credentials is case sensitive both in username and password

did the update on backoffice (hac -> update -> toggle "backoffice") but didn't work. Always wrong credentials... :'(

Hi,

have you tried to update system? There is one backoffice-specific type added with the extension. Beside that it should work as you described.
