Backoffice config xml file changes are not reflecting in backoffice

Hi All, I have recently migrated system from 6.3 to 1811. My Backoffice config xml changes are not reflecting in backoffice. Even after build, server stnd system update, changes are not getting reflected.

after resetting the configuration in Orchestrator mode, it looks good. Can you please suggest me how to resolve this?

Hi ,

This is by design! SAP Commerce on startup checks whether there is configuration (-config.xml) and mesh-up (-widgets.xml) already prepared and persisted. If not then appropriate files from all registered backoffice extensions are loaded merged, interpreted and stored. It does not change until you press Reset everything or set properties mentioned by . You can also manually modify those two in Application Orchestrator.

Half year ago I thought, this would be a good idea. Now I recognized, that these setting are the cause of a lot of trouble: Backoffice-login takes 20 minutes.

Did you get some newer knowledge to cover the problem?
