BackOffice Compare Products view displaying other catalog attributes as well

Hello all,

i am facing problem here like i have 3(abc,xyz,rty) catalogs and each catalog has different attributes and when i am comparing 2 products from abc catalog in compare view other 2 catalog attributes also showing. please let me know any had solution should display only that catalog attributes.
