backoffice collaboration center not clickable

Hello All,

When I am clicking on Collaboration Center icon in backoffice/pcm backoffice, then no popup or nothing is showing.

I tried with admin user and product manager user (which has backofficeworkflowusergroup)

Any pointers in this issue.

If it is not working with the admin login, there is something wrong. Did you check the console log for error? Note that it does not appear in a popup window. The collaboration center appears in a toggle sliding screen. Please try in some other browser. If the problem is not resolved, enter Application Orchestrator mode using F4 keyboard button while you are logged in as an admin and Reset Everything.

If it still does not work, you can try adding pcmbackofficesamplesaddon in localextensions.xml as a trial and error.

Thank you for the detailed explanation.

I tried with "Reset Everything" and "pcmbackofficesampleaddon" approach. But still it is not working. As you can see in my attached screenshot, collaboration center icon is left aligned but it should be in center.

On click of Collaboration Center icon nothing is opening, but it should toggle slide screen.

I did not see any error in console log while clicking on the icon.

Note : I tested with different browsers too.

I will keep this in mind and update you as soon as I find some resolution. In the meantime, I have sent a message to some backoffice experts so that they can also look into it.

Collaboration center was not clickable due to a custom extension in our project. So after excluding that extension from localextension.xml. Now it is working fine.

I have same problem, I use SAP COMEMRCE 2205.

I have pcmbackoffice in my local extensioni, but I do not see the button for collaboration center.

I try ant clean all f4 -> reset everyhing, but I do not see the collaboration center button.

I try delete my custom backoffice extension, I made ant clean all and f3 -> reset everythin, but I do not see the button.

Do you have any suggestion?

This icon is not working in case you have customized the backoffice extension.Can you please help me know what may be the root cause for such behavior. I tried the steps provided by you .The workflow is coming after disabling custom extensions.

Hello Everyone,

I had tried below steps in my local and was able to resolve the issue.

Attempt-1: please check if you have pcmbackoffice extension in the localextensions.xml or not. If not, please include it, do ant all, start the server, perform system update and login to backoffice to check if the problem is resolved.

After this step, I have entered in Application Orchestrator mode using F4 keyboard button and selected "Reset Everything" option.

After doing these 2 steps I am able to see Collaboration Center Icon in my home page.

Hi - mentioned that he was able to resolve the issue by removing some extension (neither I asked nor he himself mentioned it). If you can mention here the names of all your extensions in localextensions.xml, I can look into it.

Let's try to solve your problem this way:

Attempt-1: please check if you have pcmbackoffice extension in the localextensions.xml or not. If not, please include it, do ant all, start the server, perform system update and login to backoffice to check if the problem is resolved. If you still can't see the Collaboration Center icon, enter the Application Orchestrator mode using F4 keyboard button while you are logged in as an admin > click Reset Everything (open the menu by clicking [y] icon at right top corner) > exit the Application Orchestrator mode using F4 keyboard button and check again.

Attempt-2: comment out all your custom extensions in the localextensions.xml, do ant clean all, start the server, perform system update and login to backoffice to check if the problem is resolved. Don't worry, it is not going to delete any data from your Hybris application. If it does not work, simply uncomment your custom extensions in the localextensions.xml, do ant all, start the server and perform system update to restore to the current state.

We are having the same issue with Hybris 6.7. The collaboration center is not appearing. Did you have any answer from the backoffice experts?

Hi, maybe I have the same issue, when I click on the icon no collaboration center appears. BUT when i shrink the window width to smaller than 1200px after clicking the icon it appears! flexiblelayout.css has different settings for different screen widths - I assume changing something there will solve the issue, but I never tried it because the collaboration center is not used here.
